An initial consultation is available at no charge to understand the requirement and determine whether IP Build Lab can help. Deeper analysis or formal technical documentation may be part of a paid service.
Are service prices published?
Each project has different requirements. An estimate is prepared after discussing the scope, features, target timeline, and complexity.
How does project payment work?
Payment terms are explained in the project proposal after consultation and are based on the agreed scope and stages.
Is maintenance available?
Yes. Maintenance and further development are available through a separate package or agreement.
Can a project be developed in stages?
Yes. Features can be prioritized into an initial release and later stages so that cost, time, and risk remain more manageable.
Will the source code be provided?
Ownership, source-code access, third-party components, and licensing are defined in the proposal and agreement for each project.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Projects can be delivered remotely with communication in Indonesian or English.
How are post-launch issues handled?
Software can develop issues after release. The testing scope, correction period, and post-launch support terms are defined in the proposal and tailored to the project agreement.
